Where is it? - Anywhere! You can do it at your house, on vacation, or anywhere!

Do I have to teach? - You certainly can, but you’ll have a video link that teaches the Bible story.

Will there be crafts, or just music and stories? - The craft each day is an origami creation to go with the Bible story. We will also provide a frame to make in the supply bag.

Is this in place of VBS? - Yes. This is a safe way for you to practice social distancing and still invite friends to learn about Jesus.

Do I need to re-register if I already registered for VBS? - Yes. When you register for Staycation Bible School you’ll receive all the details you need to lead at your home.

How long will each day take? - The video will be about 45 minutes and you’ll pause for game time. Plan for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Will I be able to use the videos after the July dates? - Yes. Once the videos are posted each morning, they will stay available for several weeks.

Do I have to be a KBC member or attender to pick up a supply bag? - No. Supply bags will be ready to be picked for everyone registered.

Do I have to get the supply bag? - No. You’ll receive an email with a supply list. You’ll most likely have all the supplies already around your house.

How old do kids have to be to participate? - Any age. The origami may be difficult for younger children, but you can just skip that part. The games can be played with kids of any age.

Do I have to invite others to join in? - No. You can certainly participate with just your family.

Is there a cost? - Nope.

Will there be a mission component? - Yes, our VBS mission emphasis is still very important. Each day in the video, you’ll hear about the Cooper Potts School in Cambodia. You are invited to give to the mission offering either online or at a Drive Thru Offering Parade.

Is there a deadline to register? - Yes, the deadline is July 12.
